Reaktion Zwei Sterne

Two Michelin stars for Rosina Ostler's cuisine at the Munich restaurant Alois - Dallmayr Fine Dining

MUNICH The new edition of the Michelin Guide Germany was published on 26 March and brings good news for the team at Restaurant Alois. It was honoured with two Michelin stars for its culinary achievements under the leadership of head chef Rosina Ostler and her team.

"We are proud of Rosina Ostler and the entire team for this outstanding achievement. The renewed award of two Michelin stars to our fine dining restaurant Alois is confirmation of our commitment to excellent cuisine and first-class service. We would like to thank the Michelin Guide for the award and our guests for their support and enthusiasm for Rosina Ostler's new cuisine," says Florian Randlkofer, Managing Partner of Alois Dallmayr KG.

<p

The Alois is a lively place where lightness, enjoyment, fun, relaxation and joie de vivre are paramount - in combination with an outstanding menu and matching wine accompaniment in the usual Dallmayr top quality.

<p

For me, cooking means awakening emotions and offering guests unforgettable flavour experiences. In my kitchen, I combine elements of classic French high cuisine with modern techniques and international influences to create unique creations," explains Rosina Ostler." Being recognised by the Michelin inspectors is confirmation of the passion and dedication that my team and I put into our work every day. I am indescribably proud of this award," says Rosina Ostler, Head Chef.</p

For the 31-year-old head chef at the Alois, a long-cherished dream has come true. After numerous positions and an impressive gastronomic career as well as experience in first-class restaurants such as the Schwarzwaldstube *** in Baiersbronn, einsunternull* in Berlin or most recently the three Michelin-starred Maaemo *** in Oslo, this is the first time that a restaurant under her management has been awarded two Michelin stars.

<p

On request, the long-standing restaurant manager and sommelier at Alois Julien Morlat will recommend a personalised wine pairing to accompany the menu or spoil you with rarities from the restaurant's own wine cellar. Morlat can draw on a wine list comprising around 800 items with a focus on wines from the Old World.</p
