Nico Sator cooks Austrian dishes

MUNICH. The restaurant Das Tschecherl has its own head chef. Nico Sator has been cooking in the second restaurant of the operator of the neighbouring Michelin-starred restaurant, Sparkling Bistro, Jürgen Wolfsgruber, for several weeks. Nico Sator's previous positions include the restaurants Alpenstube Paul Urchs, Südtiroler Stubn Alfons Schuhbeck, Egerner Höfe Achim Hack, Tannerhof, Hieronymus and the Nose&Belly.

Austrian-inspired dishes with a soul-food character are served at Das Tschecherl. Initially only open for lunch, the restaurant is now open Tuesdays to Fridays from 12 noon to 9 pm, as well as on the first Saturday of every month. Reservations are now also accepted.
