ST. INGBERT. Jérôme Kauffmann is to become head sommelier at former two-star chef Martin Stopp's pop-up restaurant TAO in Spiesen-Elversberg. He will accompany him from the beginning of June on his way to the fine dining restaurant ATAMA planned in St. Ingbert, Stopp announced. The restaurant is due to open at the end of the year. Jérôme Kauffmann  is now taking care of the expansion of our cellar of rarities and the wine pairings, which promise exciting wines far from the mainstream. Born in Luxembourg, he has been working at a winery on the Moselle in recent months. He previously worked at the two-star restaurants GästeHaus Klaus Erfort and Esplanade in Saarbrücken.</p

<p>This appointment completes Martin Stopp's management positions in service. Sabrina Schillo is the restaurant manager and Gibril Kondor is responsible for the bar.
