Separation

Laesâ without Denis Jahn

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

End of the collaboration before the opening of the restaurant in Stuttgart

STUTTGART: Restaurant Laesâ and Denis Jahn are going their separate ways. Even before the restaurant commences regular operations after a pop-up phase, both sides have announced that the collaboration is "ending with immediate effect". Both sides emphasise the amicable separation and wish each other the best for the future. "The Laesâ team would like to thank Mr Jahn for his great commitment during the first few months of the pop-up operation," reads a statement. The restaurant is set to open as planned in November.

Denis Jahn was Joachim Wissler's head chef at the Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach for many years. From early 2022 to mid-2023, he was head chef at La Vallée Verte in Herleshausen, for which he achieved one star. When he moved to Stuttgart, he initially ran Laesâ as a pop-up.
