Rutz with "Edgy Veggie" menu

Berlin

Three-star restaurant now also offers a vegetarian menu

BERLIN: The three-star restaurant Rutz is now also offering a purely vegetarian menu. This is the logical next exciting step in the restaurant's history, according to the latest newsletter. "We are adding one of the essential pillars of the Rutz philosophy to the menu as something completely unique and permanent." Plant-based ingredients had already played a key role in the menus before, either flattering or supporting fish and meat or acting as antagonists. Vegetables and mushrooms have already played the leading role in many dishes. The vegetarian menu is offered under the name "Edgy Veggie" and comprises up to eight courses. It is offered at the same price as the omnivorous menu.
