"[It] must be clearly stated that the cuisine on offer here - which is also visually very appealing - is at star level and could be further honed with a little more fine-tuning and detail work and a more clearly recognisable signature with a more pronounced regional focus. The service is also friendly, but here, too, we would like to see a little more of an individual profile, as there is no experienced maitre d' or restaurant manager to guide the rest of the service staff and lead them with confident circumspection."
