"The restaurant offers impeccably prepared, traditional cuisine that draws on the strengths of the region's produce: good fish, wonderful seafood and flavourful pork. Everything is prepared in such a way that the flavours of the products take centre stage, which means that the fish and meat dishes are very subtly seasoned. On the following days, the best restaurants offer a few variations on the traditional products and dishes, which are then more refined and more complexly flavoured, but also show that you can eat very well down-to-earth here."
