The secret about the bosses is out

Probably the most original gourmet event in Austria took place on Wednesday, 2 October. At this year's Chef's Roulette organised by the Jeunes Restaurateurs, 36 chefs from all over Austria once again swapped their cookers. The only thing that was certain was that it would be another top chef from among the multiple award-winning JRE. Who would cook in which restaurant was drawn by lot and remained open until the first courses of the surprise dinner. It was not only a real treat, but also great fun to puzzle over every trick in the book. Now the well-kept secret has been revealed.

It is the unknown, the surprising, which mixes with the familiar to end up in the glass and on the plates of the guests in a skilful manner. Yesterday's great surprise dinners in 36 JRE establishments provided many moments of enjoyment, lots of guesswork and plenty of laughter.
