All revaluations and devaluations in September

Reiseziele, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Köln, München, Bundesländer Deutschland, Guide, Falstaff, Michelin, Varta-Führer, Gault&Millau

Which restaurants in Germany received better or worse marks from the guides in September?

Almost all guides are now constantly publishing new restaurant ratings. We therefore update our restaurant rankings for Germany on a monthly basis. Which restaurants have improved or deteriorated in which guide from 27 August to 30 September? Here is an overview, sorted by guide and location. We have recorded a total of 22 new entries, six upgrades and one downgrade in the ranking.

Note: Some new ratings could not yet be recorded. The survey is based on an automated comparison of our databases on the days mentioned above. Most of the information is entered manually. Corrections and additions from previous months may also appear here, or there may be missing ratings that were only published after our review of a guide over the past few weeks. If - despite all our care - we have missed a new entry or a change in rating, please let us know.
