"Without question, this was another very enjoyable meal. It's always fascinating to see the variety that is sent out of the kitchen here, whether it's more sophisticated creations in the tasting menu or more rustic, home-style dishes. Sometimes the boundaries between the two are blurred, but what they all have in common is the meticulous craftsmanship that characterises every plate. Walter Stemberg looks after the guests together with the service crew, who have been with the restaurant for ages for good reason. All of this creates a family atmosphere in which everyone simply feels at home." (Published in August 2024)
