Hubert Wallner combines food and coffee
VIENNA: At the Private Members Club "AM HOF 8", award-winning top chef Hubert Wallner presented an exclusive menu with a coffee accompaniment from Nespresso Professional for the first time.
The guests experienced a firework of flavours, in which the fine aromas of coffee and the sophistication of Wallner's cuisine formed an extraordinary symbiosis.
"The combination of Nespresso coffee specialities and Hubert Wallner's outstanding cuisine was a real sensation. We are particularly pleased that we were able to offer our members this world premiere," emphasises Johannes Kattus, founder of the Private Members Club "AM HOF 8". "The combination of exquisite dishes and the unique flavours of coffee opened up completely new culinary horizons for our guests."
Wallner, who is one of Austria's top chefs, took on the challenge of matching his creations to the subtle flavours of Nespresso coffees. The result was an innovative menu that delighted the guests: "Coffee offers so much more than just bitter flavours. Its flavours open up a world of nuances that harmonise perfectly with my dishes," says Hubert Wallner. "It was an exciting challenge to design the menu in such a way that the flavours of the coffee come into their own - an experience that appeals to all the senses."
